Before your visit

What should I bring to my first visit?: Any previous test results you have (reports, ultrasound scans, blood and urine tests), a list of the medicines you take and your health insurance card.
How should I prepare for an ultrasound?: For kidney, bladder and prostate ultrasound and for uroflowmetry, it is best to arrive with a full bladder. Ask for specific instructions for your test when you book.
Can I use my health insurance?: Services are private and are also available through agreements with insurers and health funds. Agreements can vary from one clinic to another, so please check your cover with the clinic's front desk when you book.
